We offer a return policy on most items as we are well aware that sometimes they just don't fit.  We do ask that you measure carefully and follow the size charts that we have provided as that eliminates most returns.  We ask that the item be returned and post marked within 7 days from the date you receive it and that all tags must remain in tact on the garment, in their protective bags and hangers if applicable. For other items they must be returned in the original packaging, manufacturer's box with tags. Dyable shoes or purses that have been dyed  will not be returnable as these are customs orders so check your sizes carefully.  We do have conversion charts for our global buyers.   

We will refund your item immediately once we receive it.  We do not refund for shipping, handling and insurance costs. Buyers will be responsible for all these costs to return the items as well and the initial costs to receive them. There is a 10% restocking fee upon returns.
